The Waverley Borough Local Plan was submitted for Examination in December 2016 and represents an important milestone in the plan-making process. Troy Planning + Design, in partnership with Three Dragons, has prepared a number of evidence base documents to support the extensive work undertaken to develop the Local Plan. This includes the Whole Plan Viability Assessment and analysis of delivery rates for the strategically important Dunsfold Aerodrome site.
Waverley Borough Council was also selected as a ‘Stage 2’ Brownfield Register Pilot Authority, which we were instructed to prepare on behalf of the Council. This provides further evidence for the Local Plan.
We look forward to monitoring progression of the Local Plan Examination closely leading to what we hope will be a successful outcome and adoption of up-to-date policies for the Borough.
