Troy Navigus Partnership has been appointed to prepare an Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) to support the preparation of the local plans of the following authorities: Colchester District Council, Braintree District Council, Tendring District Council and Chelmsford City Council.
IDP is a focused assessment of infrastructure capacity, that determines the infrastructure requirements, taking account of existing capacity to meet future requirements to 2033 (2036 in Chelmsford), highlighting any cross border and nationally significant infrastructure delivery implications on the delivery of growth. IDP also identifies any potential phasing issues and available resources for funding the infrastructure, what this infrastructure requirement will cost and when it is likely to be required in the delivery period, what are the implications for delivery, outlining a delivery and phasing strategy.
