We have been appointed to help the Kilburn Neighbourhood Forum draft their Neighbourhood Plan. The Plan area straddles borough boundaries, which run along the middle of the High Road. The Plan will help bring the community together as ‘one Kilburn’, bringing consistency and uniformity to planning policy across the area.
The area has a rich cultural heritage with the High Road renowned as the ‘Music Mile’. This is reflected in the diversity of uses in the area as well as a legacy of architectural excellence. The Plan will seek to build on these foundations to help shape a future Kilburn that is attractive to residents and visitors to the area.
