Uttlesford is an attractive and historically rich area facing significant housing and economic growth over the next 20 years including the expansion of existing towns and villages, proposals for new ‘garden communities’ and the expansion of Stansted Airport. Troy Planning + Design has been appointed to provide planning advice and support to Uttlesford District Council to help the Council prepare the new Local Plan for submission for Examination.
Troy Planning + Design has also been appointed to provide consultancy support on a range of matters including Duty to Cooperate, objectively assessed housing and employment need, preparation of the Infrastructure Delivery Plan, Whole Plan Viability Study and drafting of the Local Plan policies.
