Troy Planning + Design has been commissioned by the Seven West London Boroughs (West London Alliance) Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow to assess the London Plan’s housing target for small sites across West London.
