Troy Planning + Design were appointed by Luton Borough Council to lead in preparing their Gypsy and Traveller Local Plan Part 2 (G&T Local Plan Part 2) in Spring 2017.
Under National planning policy guidance and legislation including the Housing Act (2004), the Equality Act (2010), and the Planning Policy for Traveller Sites (2015) local planning authorities must assess and meet the housing need of the Gypsy and Traveller community.
Troy Planning + Design have expertise in planning for Gypsy and Travellers. We are currently working to ensure that the evidence base is complete to bring forward Luton’s G&T Local Plan Part 2.
