Troy Planning + Design have been appointed by Hailsham Town Council to provide neighbourhood planning consultancy services to assist with the preparation a Neighbourhood Development Plan for Hailsham Town and its surrounding parish.
Large scale housing growth is planned for Hailsham and its immediate surroundings with land around the town allocated for residential development by Wealden District Council’s Core Strategy and the emerging Local Plan.
Since being appointed in July 2016 we have assisted Hailsham Town Council sustain active community and stakeholder engagement, using innovative and well tested engagement methods.
Our tailored advice, support and technical skills are offered to deliver a sound plan that aligns with the aspirations of the Town Council to influence the planned growth in a positive way.
