We are proud that the Carnforth Neighbourhood Plan was showcased at COP26, having been selected as an example of how communities can lead the way in working towards carbon neutrality. We have been working with the Town Council on the Neighbourhood Plan for the last few years, embedding work commissioned alongside the University of Manchester and funded through the DeCarboN8 programme that establishes the case for walking and cycling measures that can contribute towards better health, social and environmental outcomes.
