We continue to work on a number of assignments across the South Downs National Park working with both Town and Parish Councils supporting them with their Neighbourhood and Community Plans. We also work with landowners and developers who fully support the Purposes and Duty of the National Park and who have a desire to design and deliver high-quality development. These are typically on sensitive sites within a protected landscape. Our development projects take a landscape-led approach to design focusing on climate change mitigation, biodiversity net gain and sustainable construction methods. This approach has led to many successes in the National Park.
