Troy Planning + Design were appointed in June 2016 to support Chalfont St Giles Parish in preparing their Neighbourhood Plan. This Parish is rich in both natural and historic assets. It is located amid the beautiful scenery of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Much of the Parish is in the Green Belt. Most housing in the Parish is located in the villages of Chalfont St Giles and Jordans. There are conservation areas in both villages. The centre of Chalfont St Giles is a local centre for retail and local business activities.
Troy Planning + Design have supported the preparation of a robust evidence base which identifies the key issues for this unique Neighbourhood Area. We have also have worked to engage with all sections of the community in preparing the emerging Neighbourhood Plan.
