We are delighted to announce that on the 19th of January 2023 the Woodstock NDP was successfully passed at a referendum, with 89.5% of votes in favour of making the Plan. This is the first and only #neighbourhoodplanning example we are aware of that has a singular focus, containing just one policy, in this case, around Local Green Space designations.
The Examiners report states:
‘The Plan is an excellent example of an approach which seeks to add a very distinctive element to the existing adopted Local Plan… This is a key strength of the Plan’.
